We have our own tracking system.  You’ll be given a 6-digit tracking number which you can use to track your package and get real-time updates on your  iCargo packages.

For most shipments, we provide only milestone tracking which means it may take some time before a new tracking event is displayed. Your package continues to travel to its destination despite the time between the tracking events. Depending on the destination, it could also take time to arrive in the destination country due to the distance and transit time of the selected service.

Delivery address can only be changed within a week frame. Any change more than a week is not possible to change the address.

We do not charge our customers for the Taxes and duties.

‘In transit’ means that your package is on its way to its final destination. 

Clearance delay means the shipment is still in Customs.

Customs and clearance delays occur for a variety of reasons; the following are some examples:

  • Missing documentation
  • Incomplete, missing, or inaccurate information on documentation
  • Additional documentation needed by regulatory agencies
  • Processing required by additional regulatory agencies
  • Missing piece(s) of multiple-piece shipment

If additional information is required, iCargo will attempt to contact the party that is most likely able to provide the required information.

Shipments receive updates at various points in their journeys between pickup and delivery. The frequency of scans may vary and it is not unusual for a shipment that’s on its way to go more than 24 hours without an update, especially during periods of long travel.

If you acquire a missing content or received a damaged package, please kindly contact our customer service. 

Due to a variety of factors, a delivery status may change as your package moves towards its destination.
